Welcome to Maytrees Medical practice

We hope that new and existing patients will find this website helpful. We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have.

The Practice is open from 8.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

We offer extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays until 7.00pm.

When the main health centre doors are closed, access is provided via an intercom system at the main doors.

Please note, that the phone lines are often very busy first thing in the morning – we would appreciate it if you did not ring at this time for issues other than appointment-booking.

Named GP for all patients

As you may be aware, practices are now required to provide their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them.   This does not prevent patients from seeing any GP in the practice as they currently do, but we do encourage patients to see their named GP for continuity of care.

We have now allocated all our patients with a named GP.  All new patients to the surgery will automatically be allocated with a named GP and informed via a registration confirmation letter within 21 days of registration.

If you wish to know who your named GP is, please contact the surgery on 0117 244 4123 and our reception staff will let you know.

Should you wish to change your named GP, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
